Find out in two weeks where AI actually pays off in your business.
We map your processes, rate the options for AI by effort and benefit, and hand you a prioritized roadmap. You can act on it with us or without us.
Focus areas
Week 1: Understand the processes
We talk to the people involved, walk through processes step by step, look at sample documents and take stock of your systems. For that we need access to people, not just data.
Week 2: Assess the options
We estimate the ROI of each idea, check technical feasibility, recommend suitable vendors and flag risks. You also get a written roadmap with a clear order and rough effort for each step.
Closing session
Two hours with your leadership team: we present the results, answer your questions and write down the decisions. Then it's your call: build with us, with another partner, or wait for now.
Why an AI project should start with a diagnosis.
AI projects often don't fail at execution but at picking the problem. When everyone is excited about the technology, a sober question gets lost: which processes in your business change a number that shows up in your P&L? The audit asks that question first. Two weeks of diagnosis cost less than months of development in the wrong direction.

Frequently asked
How does the audit start?
With a 30-minute call. We clarify scope, who needs to be involved and data access. After that you get a written offer, before any work begins.
Are we obliged to work with you afterwards?
No. The audit stands on its own. You can implement the roadmap with your own team, with another partner or with us.
Who needs to be involved on our side?
Usually the managing director, the IT lead, the head of operations, plus 1–2 people responsible for the processes in question. That's 3–5 hours per person, spread over the two weeks.
