What does it cost?
We charge a flat fee, not by the hour: a fixed scope, one sum, a written offer that says what you'll end up with. How high the sum is depends on the scope, which we work out in the first call. The 10-day pilot is the smallest entry point. An audit stands on its own. A product build is planned in releases so the first version runs early.
How fast can we start?
A 10-day pilot usually starts one to two weeks after the call, and so does a product build. If it's urgent, tell us.
How can it be that fast?
AI agents take over routine programming work. What they build is checked by someone who has built and run software himself for years. And instead of months of concept work there's a short alignment and then a first version that we keep planning on together.
Will it work with our systems?
Very likely. We've built integrations with Shopify, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Lexoffice and DATEV, via APIs, webhooks or file interfaces, whatever the system offers. When self-hosted automation pays off.
Are you still around after the project?
If you want us to be. Usually we hand over to your team with documentation. On request we take care of maintenance and updates afterwards and stay available for questions. If you want experienced support long term, book us as Fractional CTO.
How do you handle data protection?
We sign the data processing agreement before the project starts. Hosting is in the EU, on your own servers if needed. We know the requirements of ISO 27001 and TISAX from projects for certified clients and plan the architecture accordingly. Which services work with your data, including AI services, is set out beforehand in the data processing agreement.
Why not an agency or a freelancer?
With an agency, contacts often change between consulting, concept, design and development. A single freelancer often covers only part of it. With us everything is in one place, from the first version to operations, with one person responsible for the whole, even when freelancers from our network join larger projects.
