Audit
Understand first, build second. Two weeks to find out where it pays off.
You know something has to change, but not yet what. We look at your processes, systems and data, find the places where little effort achieves a lot, and tell you what should come next. You can implement it with us or without us.
- For whom
- For teams that know something has to change, but not yet what.
- Duration
- Two weeks
- Outcome
- Action roadmap, architecture sketch, next step
Week one listening, week two calculating.
Week 1: Mapping
Interviews with the people involved, walking through processes together, taking stock of systems, sampling data. We need the people, not just the data.
Week 2: Assessment
For each idea: effort, impact, feasibility and risks. For the most promising step we sketch the architecture.
Readout
Two hours with your leadership: results, questions and decisions, all in writing. Then you decide how to proceed.
A document your team can work with.
Not an 80-slide consulting deck, but a document that says what to do, in what order, and why.
Action roadmap
Sorted by effort and impact. Each action with a rough size and a place in the timeline.
Architecture sketch
Data flows, components and interfaces for the first step. Clear enough for your IT.
Next step
PoC sprint, product build or nothing for now. Named concretely, with reasons.
Common questions
Who needs to be involved on our side?
Usually management, the IT lead and operations, plus one or two owners of the processes in question. That's three to five hours per person over the two weeks.
Do we have to continue with you afterwards?
No. The audit stands on its own. You can implement the results yourself, with someone else or with us.
How do you handle our data?
We sign the data processing agreement before we start. Hosting is in the EU only, and on your own servers if you prefer.
When is a PoC sprint the better start?
When the question is already concrete. The audit pays off when it's still unclear where to start.
From audit to the next step.
After the audit you have a roadmap and know what comes next. Usually it's one of these two:
- PoC SprintWhen it's clear where the problem is, but not yet whether the solution holds up
- Product BuildWhen the requirements are clear and you're ready to start
You get either as a written offer. You can build it with us or with someone else.
Where should you start?
After a 30-minute call we both know whether an audit is the right start or whether we should build right away.
On working days we usually reply within 24 hours.
