In 2017 I started my own business on the side and began building software professionally. Work for local companies grew into a consultancy and three ventures of my own. Along the way came a stint in Daimler R&D and Porsche projects at MHP.
Today I build digital products end to end: web apps and SaaS, internal systems, shops, AI pipelines and agents. The part I care about most is getting past the prototype stage fast and making sure the team that inherits it can actually run it.
My bias is for systems that survive contact with reality: boring choices in the right places, ambitious choices where they earn their cost. I write more than I speak, prefer working software over decks, and would rather kill a feature in week two than apologise for it in month six.
