We work out with you where AI actually takes work off your team and where it only creates new effort. Most engagements start with a two-week audit: we map your processes, find the spots where automation helps most, and write a prioritized roadmap with rough effort and expected benefit. If you already have a specific idea, we can test it directly in a PoC Sprint. Then you decide whether to build with us or hand the roadmap to your own team.

Do you only work with companies in Stuttgart?
No. Our focus is Baden-Württemberg, but we work with mid-sized companies across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Stuttgart region is right on our doorstep, so on-site meetings are especially easy here.
How does an AI audit work?
It takes two weeks. In week one we map your processes and talk to the people involved. In week two we assess the options, estimate effort and benefit, and write the roadmap. You get a prioritized list of measures with effort estimates and a clear next step.
How do you handle our data?
We sign a data processing agreement (DPA), store audit data in EU data centers only, and can work entirely on your own servers if your compliance rules require it. We know the requirements of ISO 27001 and TISAX from projects for certified clients and design the architecture accordingly.
